This freshly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place to soak in the beauty and serenity of Stone Harbor! This quiet, top floor unit is street-facing, but conveniently located in a building on the bay, just steps from the 96th Street shopping corridor - and a few blocks from the beach. After a day enjoying all the shore has to offer, relax and unwind on the dock (Stone Harbor’s largest) for sunset, some of the best fishing in the area, crabbing, swimming, or simply soaking up the salty air.

Enter into the open living area, with an updated kitchen, dedicated dining area with ample seating, and a family room with a Smart TV and new sleeper sofa. The main bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed, with full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a plush Queen bed.  There is a full hall bathroom (with tub), and a washer and dryer. Finally, an outdoor sitting area with a table for two is perfect for coffee, a cocktail, or dining al fresco right outside your front door. Park your car in the dedicated off-street space, and walk to EVERYTHING Stone Harbor has to offer…including the beach, Stone Harbor’s shops and dining, Springers, The Reeds, multiple playgrounds, family-friendly events, and more!

This condo is available for rent throughout the year - and sleeps 4 guests, or 6 with the queen sleeper sofa. Sorry, we can’t accept pets.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap).  Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included (bed-making is available upon request, and for an additional fee).

Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike or crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!
