From the lower bedrooms, to the roof-top deck, “21st Street Retreat” is laid out for your relaxation and enjoyment.
This perfectly charming and modernized townhouse offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, dining area, spacious kitchen, and a comfortable family room...staggered over three levels (stairs required). This home has plenty of space in which to find privacy or to make shared memories together. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table which flows to one of two decks, allowing for outdoor dining or perfect for morning coffee. Head up another floor, and you’ll find the well-appointed living room, complete with a wet bar. Take one more set of steps up to the shared roof-top deck with views of the bay — a great spot to take in some breathtaking sunsets! Three bedrooms offer a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom features three single beds.
As a bonus, this home also features a jetted tub in one of the two full, and updated bathrooms. A well-behaved pup is welcome with owners' prior approval.
As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included (bed-making is available upon request, and for an additional fee).
Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bke and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

“We rented Mara's home for a wedding weekend. There were 8 of us and the home was so perfect. The layout was awesome and we just felt right at home. It almost felt like we were staying in a friend's home rather than a rental--not sure how to describe it but it just felt clean and comfortable. For Avalon, the price was very good and we were so close to the wedding venue at the Avalon Yacht Club. It was a wonderful weekend!”

“Exceptional value for this home! Our group of 9 slept comfortably and had everything we needed thanks to our great host. Mara was super helpful if we had a questions and also very friendly to communicate with. They have little gifts waiting for us which is a cute touch. House is located on the 21st street inlet. Not a bad walk to the restaurants and bars. It’s not the biggest shore house but personally I enjoy being close to everyone while vacationing. It’s essentially 5 floors. Great porch and top balcony. They do have linens for all the beds and plenty of beach towels, 4 beach tags, one beach chair and a cooler for the beach. We will be back, thanks again!”

“Maras place was great for a girls birthday weekend! Comfortably slept 9 of us with lots of parking and a short walk to the bay and dune drive. A little pricey for being during the off season and not in walking distance to the beach but we very much enjoyed our time!”
