Luxury abounds in this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in the heart of Avalon, complete with a private heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit! Just a block and a half to the beach, and an easy one block stroll to Avalon's charming boutiques, restaurants and entertainment, "Saltwater Oasis" is abundantly and thoughtfully appointed to host a most memorable vacation. Park your car (or two!) in the private driveway, unpack your bags, and instantly begin relaxing in this island retreat. Beautiful living spaces, inside + out!
 
Inside, 5 large bedrooms sleep 12 guests.  The first floor hosts a large den that spills onto a front deck, along with a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, a full hall bath (with tub) and a second Queen bedroom with full ensuite bathroom.  This floor also features a spacious laundry room, and rear door that leads to the resort-quality backyard -- complete with a large pool and spa for fun during the day, and a gas-fueled fire pit to sit around at night. The yard, which also boasts an enclosed outdoor shower, is surrounded by evergreen trees, giving this space a level of privacy rarely found on Seven Mile Island.  
 
Back inside and upstairs, the second floor is home to an enormous living space with a vaulted ceiling, and a sliding glass door that opens to a sprawling deck -- a perfect place to enjoy meals, or just the company of your family and friends.  The large, open kitchen is very well-stocked, and features a huge island around which to gather.  This floor also has two additional, and very large bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms.
 
Head up one more flight to the massive main bedroom with a King bed, and a very large bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. This bedroom also has a perfectly private deck from which to overlook the backyard, with your morning coffee, or evening cocktail.
 
As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap).  Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included, as are beach tags and beach gear!
 
Once you book, we'll help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to yoga in your yard, bike or crib rentals, or a private chef to cater a special meal!
