PMI Saltwater proudly offers Back Bay Bliss! This renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom BAY FRONT vacation oasis has a new pool (completed in 2022)! This 2,100 square foot single-family home is loaded with amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and furnished bay front deck. Soak in the million-dollar waterfront views from your private dock, spacious deck, and large sunroom.
-Sleeps 8 guests (plus, enjoy sleeping options with two cots, as well as pull-out couches).
-5-minute drive to the heart of Stone Harbor
-Central to *all* that Cape May County has to offer.
-Basic amenities, grill, fire pit, beach gear for family fun, and use of TWO KAYAKS, are INCLUDED!

Inside, the vibrant colors and fresh decor in the spacious living areas set the tone for a true vacation. Your kitchen is stocked with amenities, right down to a margarita maker. You'll enjoy three spacious bedrooms, one featuring an en suite bathroom with double vanity, and luxurious shower.
Working from home? "Back Bay Bliss" offers a dedicated work area.

Take advantage of board games and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows inside, and, outside, yard games and a bay front fire pit await, just off the comfortable deck where you’ll want to spend hours with friends & family.
You'll arrive to find toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, as well as bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are delivered (bed-making is available upon request, and for an additional fee).
Central Air, WiFi, and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The new radiant pool is seasonal, opening in late May until the first week of September. Radiant pools are well-insulated for maximum energy efficiency, and are designed to hold the heat from the sun. Please note this is not a heated pool.

“Mara was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our stay and during our stay when we had a couple of questions. The house was as described and felt just like the pictures. 6 of my friends and I were in town for a wedding -- this was house was absolutely perfect for us. Ample space, very well stocked with everything we needed, and a backyard/pool/view that cannot be beat. We are so grateful to have had the space to reunite and spend quality time together with an incredible setting. Only thing we found to be a little strange was having to make our own beds with linens when we got there and some pretty specific instructions for checkout-- if that's their process though to make this great property work then its worth it! 10/10 would recommend to all!”

“Anything you can name or think about it that the house provided, little stuff from a pinch/needle to hairband, toothbrush, bandages, beach hats and bags, fishing gears and crabing cages. I can find anything that I need. This is really the most thoughtful house that I ever rented. I also love the house decorations and each room has it’s own theme. Love all the details it has… the sunset view is breath taking. Mara is very helpful and responses very quickly to my messages. She provided me all the nearby activities days before my booking days which is also super helpful. I would love to come back again next year.”

Location was great if you want to relax at the house, enjoy the views or run out to the local towns or beaches. Communication was great, and we really enjoyed our visit. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of features to keep us occupied should we chosen to hang around the house for a morning or afternoon. Definitely hit the spot.”

“This lovely home has everything you need for a true getaway from the hustle bustle of daily life! A well-appointed kitchen offers everything from quality dishes and pots and pans to cook a meal at home, to a blender for whipping up margaritas to enjoy by sunset! Or if you don't feel like cooking, phenomenal seafood is right next door. The owners also generously provide two kayaks for exploring the marsh and a creek mat for sunbathing and water games. When the tide was high, it was deep enough to swim and even bring in a pontoon boat (we rented from Dad's Marina) and at low tide, the wildlife puts on a show providing a birder's paradise. Our boys also had a blast crabbing and mucking around in the mud! Stone Harbor Beach, restaurants and shops are just down the road, so whatever you are looking for, it's a great location. The house is decievingly large with three good sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms and lots of living space. I would absolutely stay again, as "Back Bay Bliss" was exactly that!”
